Default New York Strip Fried Rice and Pulled Pork Egg Rolls

On Christmas Day I grilled a well seasoned New York Strip Roast with fresh garlic and fresh cracked tri colored peppercorns and Kosher salt. I t came out pretty darn good but there was a little bit leftover. Today I sliced and diced the leftovers and turned them into a fried rice that came out pretty darn good considering it's been a while since I made fried rice. We also had some pulled pork in the fridge that was turned into egg rolls.

The roasted New York Strip.

The first of the egg rolls into the hot oil.

All fried and ready to eat.

The fried rice which I put too much rice in but it was still delicious!

Time to eat!

Of course a lil homemade spicy mustard and Jack Daniels dipping sauce makes it all much better
