Pan Fried Redfish In A Salad?
We've been pan frying some redfish fillets for different things and thought they would be great on a salad. Anyone done this and can say if its good. I don't see how a salad topped with this and some home grown tomatoes could be a bad thing. Especially with enough dressing to let the red swim again.LOL
