Default Quick and easy shrimp fettuccine

Made this dish last night and wanted to share. It is very quick and easy to make, with a total prep time of about 30 minutes (not including time to peel shrimp).

Start off with a box of your favorite etouffee mix, I use Tony's. Follow the instructions on the box which is just simmer 2.5 cups of milk, the mix, and butter.

I sauteed my LARGE BIG LAKE WEIR shrimp first in a pan with butter and season til cooked before mixing in with etoufee.

Once your shrimp is cooked and the mix has simmered for a few minutes, dump the shrimp (or crawfish tails) into the mix. It said to use a pound but I believe I had more than a pound of shrimp in there.

Let it simmer for another 5 minutes and then dump a jar of Alfredo sauce in there and stir it up. Serve over fettuccine noodles and enjoy!!!!
