8/8/10 Three 26"trout

Got on the water at 6am still dark went to the first spot and never had to leave. Started catching trout after trout in the 18 to 22 " range. Seen a school of fish busting bait and tought it was ladyfish but picked up the topwater bait and gave it a shot on the first cast got a good hit got the fish half way to the boat and it came off. Throw it two more times and got another hookup get her all the way in the net and she tangles all up quickly unhook her measured and took a quick pic then released her she was just over 26". While I was fighting the tangle in the net I heard brother-n-law hookup too I just got the bait out the net in time to get his 26"trout we again took another quick pic then released her too.The school of fish went down for about 30 min then came up again picked up the topwater and hooked up again get her in the boat and she was right at 26" and weighted 5.9lbs. We caught 16 specks 3 reds and one flounder and off the water by 10am. ITS HOT
