Default Cooked some specks and shrimp tonight!
Cooked some specks, shrimp, gator, fries, and hushpuppies tonight. Down to one bag of reds and one bag of specks. Need to head south! Cooked all on cast iron over propane.

Little lemon squeezed on the fish and shrimp, tossed in flour, meal, seasoning mix. And into the oil!

Served with cole slaw.

Flour and tonys.

Gator and specks get about 3 spoonfuls mixed into the 3cups of flour and tonys after i do shrimp.
