Guillory wholesale in Mamou. They are wholesale only but can give you a list of distributors. Gail's gifts in Crowley handles their stuff as well as STL Trailer sales in Lake Charles.

I have a 32 jet natural gas burner that I made to boils seafood. I put a 3/4" outlet under my patio and I have a 3/4" hose going to my burner. If you using natural gas look into 3G burners.com. They pretty sweet and run off of natural gas. The natural gas coming out of you house is 4oz of pressure a propane tank is close to to 100 pounds

Get a SS burner if you can find one. I've gone through 2 or 3 regular burners. The SS one I have now will last the rest of my life and into my kids I think. I bought it local it's made in MC and it's very well built.

I would not recommend using natural gas for trying to boil crawfish. Natural gas does not burn nearly as hot as propane. Propane has almost 5 times the heating value vs. natural gas. Natural gas takes about twice as long just to get a pot full of water boiling.
Get a burner similar to this kind that pre-mixes air with the fuel. With the price of propane you will probably save enough money in 3 or 4 bottles of fuel to cover the extra cost of a good burner. This type burner is a lot more efficient than a burner that just has a straight pipe. The straight pipe type burner does not pre-mix the fuel with air and this type setup is very loud.
