Default Truck Rod Rack

Well, after being careless and breaking a couple of rods in the back of my truck from the cooler, I decided to make this rod rack today. I've seen some really nice ones and while this might not be top notch quality work, it gets the job done. You might see my truck around. I live in Sulphur and go to school and work in Lake Charles.

I still have to trim the tops of the pipes to be level and I plan on getting it sprayed in bedliner.

THats what i'm wondering, I have my rods strapped down on my boat and they don't get damaged but I put them in the back of the truck the guides get bent up.

need to make a locking bar that slide over them for them would be sticky fingers. Dont forget to take em out before you drive under a carport or garage or low hianging branches. I was behind a guy coming back from the point the other day, and he had his rods still up in the rod holders on top his t - top. Passed under some branches and wiped out 3 of his 4 rods.
