Default Bl 9/24 with my parents

Brought my parents out on a short trip to Big Lake this morning before the sun started cooking....We hit the lake around 6:30 and headed straight to the east bank where the water was a lil murky and calm...Lots of boats everywhere and only saw a few fish being caught...My mom managed a flounder and pops managed the first trout of the day and I landed two nice reds....We then traveled over to the south end of the lake where we had a few birds show us the way....My pops broke my moms pole so we rigged a 2foot pole up...lol..They cant throw open faces so it was kinda funny watching this happen...after we caught 2 trout from the birds they hauled it and left some MONSTA shrimp jumping all around...We smacked and it died...All the fish were solid fish and were caught on jerk jr glow/chart and limetruse split tail mullets under a 1/4oz jig...Around 11:30 I could tell my mom was getting hot so we decided to call it a day and head on in and was out the water by noon...Some one may know what this fish is. my dad caught it on a sand jr...looks like some blow fish type....Dunno...It was a great day on the water with my parents, a trip that will be remembered...

The blowfish I guess:

Our final Catch 12 trout, 2 reds, 2 flounder:
