I looked for the in's and out's of this, but if someone could help me understand. I have responded to a couple of PM's and I lost cash. Does your account get charged everytime a PM is sent?

I lost over 2 grand at once and didn't even send a PM. It was damn well worth it, tho. Lot better than a $300 purse.
