Default where to get big pots?

didn't want to hijack the big pot/beans thread.
where is a good place to get a big dutch oven or cast iron/enamel big pot, like maybe 20 qt. or bigger?
seems like when i start a gumbo or similar dish, i always end up out growing the 12 qt. pot. i've got a ss larger pot, but the bottom is sorta rounded and not good for roux's or evenly distributing low heat and it wobbles. surfed the net and got about a million pots that i never heard of and some of the pricing was way over my budget.

Yeah, me either. May never! Found some 20 qt cast iron, but they're Chinese and don't really want to go there.

I think they may be copper encased in stainless. All the ones I have at home I got from wal mart. The bigger ones I use where I cook come from a restaurant supply.
