Calcasieu Pickles
Hit the ol Calcasieu this morning! fished mainly south of ward eight! Started out throwing a white spinner bait with gold/silver willow blades. Caught two small fish in tight on trees and knees around cuts. threw a watermelon/red senko with a 1/16 oz weight. Caught 4 on that tight to cover also. Lastly I threw a squarebill char/black crankbait. Caught three on that one in Dan's Bay! Water was not stained but cloudy! Not impressed at all! Talked to a few fellow fisherman and they didn't have anything good to say either!

No I wanted to but is had some honey-do's and some repairs to make on my boat trailer! Nice to have met you! Maybe we can plan to make a trip sometime, I also fish in the CPSO tournaments from time to time! I need to get back to Lacassine and do some fishing!
