Last minute meal

The neighbors had the pit lit this afternoon and the smell got me jealous. I had a few chicken breast in the fridge and figured, why not. Added some onions and potatoes and you got yourself a meal.

Topped the chicken with some chopped bell peppers. It really made it pop.
