Cheers Head Shaking Excitement 2-15-14

Jeff & Ali Ezernack, Kevin Richardson, and Erica Savell from Shreveport joined me today. The yellow mouths were hungry and waiting for us, just as we knew they would be!! The fish were hungry for our Matrix Shad in Shrimp Creole and Green Hornet. The fish hit the baits hard and shook their heads all the way back to the boat. As slow steady retrieve worked best. Nothing better than seeing that yellow mouth come up and dance on top the water!!! The fish were hanging in 2-3 ft of water over the flats and got more aggressive as the water warmed up. We added five reds to our box of trout and called it a day. A beautiful day to be on the water with a great group. Thanks again guys I really enjoyed fishing with you.
