Default Baffin Bay Mule

Does anyone know if this is real or photo shopped? 14.7 pounds. Texas State record is 15.6.

That trout was caught in the mississipi inner coastal marsh!
It's funny how stories get twisted!
Still an amazing fish!

probably be cheaper and more productive to get a guide, unless you are going for a long time. But I would probably still get a guide for a day or two

No doubt. I been looking at a few. Most of the photos are of pretty average size fish. Few hogs mixed in but lots off long skinnys look like 30" 7 pounders. That being said I'm still going one day.

Probably what I would do. Plan on making a week long trip with my boat and going with a guide first day to learn the area and tactics, then fish out of my boat the rest of the time. Would like to do the same think in Florida on the Indian River.

Anyone who goes should try to take the King Ranch tour if time allows. It is just outside of Kingsville. I use to work on the King Ranch. Fall would be better though since antlers on deer would be mature. I would recommend King's Inn Reastaurant on Baffin Bay (seafood bonanza) but it is hard to beat the cajun cooking you guys are use to.

Book it Nate. I'm sure we can get Chris D to come too.
