Well between work and the new house today is the first time this year I get to crawfish with the old man. We made quick work this morning and had our 5 sacks we needed by 8am so we left the rest to soak. It's rare we get to do any type of fishing together now. So I try and cherish the days we can. Even if its just riding around in the boat culling for him. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1368365804.108340.jpg

Yea it's always a blast salty especially when you grab a trap a water moccasin pops his head out. They get darker and harder the longer the older they get because their diet changes to higher calcium foods. Some species are also naturally darker which is the case with these. That pen was stocked with some basin crawfish.
