Default Final straw

Gonna try and keep this generic......

I have a special needs sister she is now 47
My mother passed four years ago
My dad remarried nine month later to a woman half his age
He is 73 now
they have never done a succsesion
this new wife has systmatically tried to destroy all and everything my mother stood for
three kids have moved on, special needs sister is subservient to the family estate
now this new woman is attacking her on FB an is social settings.
My question is.........can I force the succsesion so that my special needs sister can be taken care off financially before the coocoo wife takes/spends it all?

I truly do not need the money......I am blessed beyond what I deserve, but two younger siblings could use it.
My father has turned on all of us and sees none of this cheating sluts manipulations........

I know this sounds like sour grapes, I just hope those that do know me, know that I am not out to ruin my daddy......but I am sick of this trash woman and her trash kids.

My dad has her, her oldest daughter with two kids out of wedlock, the new boyfriend, another 15 year old daughter that "LIkes" all the bad crap they write about my sister on FB and another son, nine that she sees every other weekend all living IN MY MOMS HOUSE and NONE of them work

at my wits end here........
talk me off the edge or give me a reasonable way to take som symblance of control

Any one of the kids can start and finish a sucession in La. It does not have have to be your dad.

Get the succession on your mom open and done now. This will divide up your moms half of the estate. Your dad can write a will on his half and cut out any of his kids that are over age. ,EXCEPT your sister w/ special needs.
Just went through almost 3 years of this w/ wifes family estate.
call me if i can help

I'm sorry to hear that! I hope everything your mother worked for gets secured. Definitely sounds like something worth getting a lawyer over.
