Weekend teal hunting

Saturday I took my wife and we scratched. We had enough come in that I could have killed my 4 easy but I was trying to let everything lite so she could shoot her 4 first. Finally a single came in and lit and she missed a waterswat. My dad had a few groups of sports hunting different spots and they all killed limits or needed one or two more. This morning I went with 4 buddies and we got our limit pretty quick. Had another group hunting the same farm get their limit too. Didn't take any pics. I'll post if the guy sends me a pic of our birds this morning. All hunts were south of welsh

It is sucking pretty bad for us. Not sure if it is because we are down there next to the woods or not, but we aren't seeing any birds.

We hunted off Nelson road where I scratched. That pond south of you closer to the highway used to be the best teal hole we had, it's sucking for us this year

I'm ready to get off of work and get in the blind ive only missed two days and feel like I aint hunted since last year

I've only been 2 days. It's killing me.
