45 goggle eyes, 6 bream, 3 sacs. Not bad for a Friday solo trip.

Awesome catch! Is there a certain technique or bait to catch more goggle eye. I catch them when bream fishing but it looks like you were targeting them.

No technique, just what happened to be hitting at the time. Fished near the base of some willows where it was deep. They must have been hangin out in there waiting on bait to pass by.

Along the boulevard in Henderson! A lot of people have been doing good out there with the water falling, but the word is out and there will be a lot of traffic out there for next couple weeks.

Caught them on some hair jigs that I made, tipped with a chart crappie nibble. They would not hit unless the nibble was on there, besides the few i caught on a beetle spin. They were definately some of the biggest I ever caught out there.

I'm still trying to learn all of your lingo. Bluegill=bream, sacalait=crappie, chinquapin=red ear and now goggle eye=warmouth.

I think we're both the same as far as bass go.

I don't see a whole lot of goggle eyes up here, so that is pretty cool you caught so many of them.

I was also using crappie nibblets on my jigs. They fall off in no time so i started just smushing some all over the jig and body and it seem to help.
A couple of the google eyes I caught were no doubt the biggest I had ever caught.
