hey guys check out this fish, can anyone tell me what it is i guess it to be a jack cravelle about 20lbs yeah i have big hands hahahaha, i meant .20pounds, it was caught inside of a canal branched off of shark bayou, i just put my shrimp on and dropped it out the side of the boat to real up the slack, but as soon as my bait hit the water this monster devoured it, and no fishing report cause i don't like to brag that i don't know how to catch fish lol, and it was windy and the bay was choppy

i think its a small jack or a hardtail.

Oh yeah and i forgot to mention that thing was making some noise, grunting non stop when i pulled him out of the water, didn't stop till he was swimming again or maybe he was still grunting and i just couldn't hear him

Baby jack caught a few this weekend in Pensacola... They were grunting also... I figured he was a male drumming/grunting like that

I caught one just like that a couple weeks ago in choupique bayou, didn't know what it was either
