Just A Saturday Morning Breakfast
Ahhh.... Saturday morning! Perhaps the best day of the weekend. Well, at least today for me it's not. I have to go in to do some work due Monday morning and I don't want to go in toworrow. So, not wanting to leave for lunch I decided to make a little breakfast that will hold me over for most of the day. ;D Oh, my wife decided she wanted breakfast too because she had a bunch of running to do today herself.
I decided to start with making some cheesy grits and of course well, when you got fresh eggs, why not use 'em huh?  I just love how photogenic eggs can be!  Okay, so you add some 12 grain toast, fried ham and fresh pear slices you end up with this.  Looks good huh? It REALLY was!!!!  The best part is this!
