Venice 7/18+7/19

Pulled the boat across the state down to venice for the first time. Got there late afternoon Sunday. Lauched the boat and ran out red pass for a quick trip ended up taking a wrong turn almost grounded the boat. Fished for about an hor caught a few undersized snapper and called it a day. Monday we wake up to weather so bad even the guides didnt go out. Finally around 1:30 we get a break in the weather. Run out southwest pass find huge schools of bonita on the rips and nice redsnapper and a few mangroves. Tuesday we wake up to beautiful weather run out to nice water in search of tuna no luck. We did hit a nice weedline loaded with dolphin. Landed 13 lost at leaast that many from them spitting the hooks. All in all a fun trip can't wait to drag my boat down there again.
