Default Some advice needed

So as you guys know, I am active US Navy and I have exactly 406 days left till my contract ends. We are supposed to be out of the shipyards and beginning workups towards the end of this month and from there on out I will be doing miniature deployments called work ups to prepare us for the deployment in June of next year.

In this toilet bowl of American states, known as the commonwealth of virginia, it is rough out here. Huge mixing bowl of cultures and people and about 90% of people here suck… I'm not going to be comfortable leaving my wife here by herself especially if I'm going to be gone for upwards of 3-4 weeks until next June where its looking like we are going to be doing a 7 month cruise in which case, I won't even be there for 3 months before my EAOS (end of obligated service) hits.

We are looking into living in the Prairieville, Gonzales, St Amant, Dutchtown area where my wife thinks would be the best school for our children one day. Afterwards, I will be joining the Army National Guard if not the Army Reserves to stay some form of military and keep some form of benefits such as healthcare and use of the base shopping down in Belle Chasse.
