Today at 5 pm i went outside and lowered my American flag from half staff and back to full staff and then did the same with my Pow Mia flag.
A few minuets later one of my neighbors said to me. " president obama just ordered the flags to half mast yesterday , didn't you know that?
My reply was, I lowered my flags the day after the killings in honor of the dead soldiers . i didn't need some stupid fool to tell me to 5 days later.
My flags flew at half staff for 5 days and as of 5 pm (taps) they will go back to full staff. Don't think he knew what to say.
