The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default Ribs practice run

I fell into a good deal on a Big Green Egg a few weeks ago. This was only my second time using it and only my second time cooking ribs. I would rate them as "alright". The sauce was decent, but wasn't the right flavor for ribs.... Too much vinegar. I still have a ways to go before I can say I mastered it, but I have no problem with practicing! I roasted some carrots, potatoes, and tomatoes for a side and whipped up a quick cole slaw as well. All in all, I'm going to bed full and happy. It was a good way to top off a gorgeous weekend.
