Got to Hebert's pre dawn and it looked like a ghost town. I guess with the weirs closed and dove season, attendance is down. It didn't instill a lot of confidence in my partner for that day, "addictedtofishin". He had reason for concern. I guess fishing has been a little spotty lately, at best. Anyway, we had a good time, as usual. Tried a few spots in the lake early with no success. Hoping for a TW bite that never materialized. Ended up bouncing up and down the ship channel, scratching out ten fish. One pretty good one. All on lil jons.
