Default Gravenburg ?

Can someone please tell me how to get there? I have not been there in 15 years and I remember it was not easy to get to.

The landing in the top left corner is sandy cove landing, dock there and run south to the cut that is right below round island. Go down that cut til it "t"s and that is buffalo cove, stay left on the trail in the woods like you see on the map and that trail opens up into gravensberg. The trail through the woods use to be marked by 5 gal bucket lids.. It's been a while since I was back there and not sure if they're still there..

Hope this helps.

If he comes in from Buffalo Cove he won't get lost. The trail is still marked very well with bucket lids. If he passes through and wants to get to the back through Little Gravenburg he may. That trail isn't marked worth a darn and with the high water it is easier to get lost. I made a pass through there Sunday.

I was thinking Seabon. Didn't know what Ruiz was. However, if I'm not mistaken, that one was choked with hyacinth the other day.

The shortcut across from Ruiz was dammed off this year by the Corps. Either Buffalo cove or the Sibon are the only 2 ways in right now.

The pipeline that runs from the G.A. towards the river, just north of the Sandy Cove launch. Since its been so long for you, I suggest running through Buffalo Cove unless you have a GPS that shows Little Gravenburg. The trail isn't marked well, if any on that end. Don't rely on a cellphone GPS. Service is dead around Little Gravenburg.
