Talked to two of my buddys that went out all day yesterday and had a tuff time..... Said the south end was shot to hell and back.... each only picked up a few specs and fished hard for em

I don't think its worth it. Supposed to be 70%. With 15-20 on the lake. I don't think its worth the gas. I'll be in LC most of the day. Gotta go spend some money

Went out after day break to catch the end of a incomong tide. Worked one set of about ten birds for about 20 minutes.Using a gulp shrimp and popping cork ; I caught a trout almost every cast. I have to admit there were very few 14" are better ,then the monson blew in . I thought about weathering it out.Nahh !! May try later .
Diffently no proof. Just a memory of long ago when you could fish on the weekend and not have some Greener run in on top of you and ask if there biting?

Headknocker

In at the civic center parking lot over looking lake charles and the casino bridge. The no-wake zone bouys are sideways. 1 boat fishing and he's having hell keeping his boat lined up. I say 25-30+ winds. The gulls are chillin in the parking lot. 2-3' rollers. Stay home. Not a good day on the lake
