You only need to be in knee deep water to catch fish out there....... Not that I don't go out more that that but on ruff days I have stood in knee deep water and caught trout.

They found the guy.
Apparently all 6 had been fishing on the rock jetties when a wave took them over.
I'll bet the guy hit his head.

found his body 1.5 miles S.E of camanada pass.
