Back on board the big Bluewave today was Dr Steven & LieAnn Marcello, CJ Marcello, and Sherri Van Ecyk. CJ and Sherri are visiting from Plant City, Florida. Today we started the morning off looking for trout, loaded with the new Cocodrie Cocahoes. Two stops and we put a nice little mess of trout and a couple reds in the YETI before it was time to go and battle the reds. As soon as we arrived to the red honey hole it was fish on. We had four reds hit the deck in less than five minutes. Sherri won big fish honors hooking into a 30 pound freshwater cat (it was a beast). She loved every second of the fight!!!! One more stop on the way in found a bass and another speck. Six different species of fish made it into the box today. Heard a couple reports of some good trout caught today, the trout bite should be kicking off real soon! Big thanks to Capt Rob Dupont for running the second boat again today with Bill Dooley and his family. The crew said they had a blast catching trout and reds as well. Thanks guys, looking forward to our next trip!
