Crabing spots at BL ?

Where at BL can you crab for real blue point crabs?

Any weirs or control structures?

Looking for places to put out some string lines.



I always go to the Rock and they have dozens of places to set up camp. The only place I have heard of and have not been is behind the Grand Bayou Weir. Just trying to find a place for the old lady.

Behind the weirs is the best place...or Hog Island Gully

+1 to what he ^ said. They will be closed during duck season but not sure about during teal season.
