Don't know how bad the wind is down da bayou ? I just had a gust of 37 mph here in B.R.

The wind has been wipping the tree limbs pretty good all day over here in SW Louisiana.

They put on the news last night and this morning that if you drive a SUV to take caution driving over the bridges.

I passed over 210 bridge this morning at 4:30 and it was blowing my truck all over.

Winds humping down here in Delcambre, been keeping up with it since we making lifts with the cranes, avg has been 21 mph with the strongtest gust 37 mph. Were right on the Delcambre canal & the water is gone!

The bayous and canals are empty...

The cops are the experts on the current criminal trends. If they have determined that a “high capacity” semiautomatic pistol and a .223 semiautomatic rifle with 30-round magazines are the best firearms for them to use to protect people like me and my family, they are obviously the best things for us to use to protect ourselves and our families .

one of my boys almost got blown off the roof today when they were sheating it with plywood!! thank god for them osha harnesses

that wind beat me to death today on prien lake, caught 2 specs and a head ache i was docking the boat at 9:00

yeah the winds feels good while working, saturday I will be one of those fishing fools out in the marsh trying to make a fish bite while its in the high 30's!

Thats a good catch in that wind....it was gusting up to 40 in lafayette by the airport. Atleast you got to test your new boat in the waves.

yeh it was a little choppy i just wanted to see how good it would do in the ruffness and it wasnt bad at all but as far as fishing, haha lets not go there i was aggervated and i think im going to look into a 80lb trolling motor instead of the dang 55 i have grrrr

A 55 is way too small for that boat,what were they thinking? 80lb will make life alot easier.

I think he said that boat was used only in fresh water. For saltwater, need something bigger.

I got a 55 lb thrust trolling motor on my 15' boat.......and wish I had something bigger.

The more power the better. I got a 70lb on my aluminum boat and its perfect,almost gets on step.

I just did not want to go to a second battery at that time. Maybe when it finally needs replacing.

yeh once you step up above a 55 you have to switch to a 24 volt system right?
It just sucks because this m effer is brand new-ish
