you laugh but one time I read somewhere that this girl turned 16 and when she went to the DMV to get her license her parents and her had been celebrating her birthday on the wrong day for her whole life. When they gave her her DL she told them it was wrong and they confirmed it to her with her birth certificate

Some people accidentally put the current year instead of their birth year when they sign up. When their 1st birthday comes around, they realize their error.
