![]() I had intended to cook this on Sunday but I forgot about going to a God's Special Children's mass. No problem something like this is always welcome during the week. I had some crawfish leftover from a crawfish boil in the freezer and I knew exactly what I was going to make with them. 's more to this meal than just the etouffee but I'll have to see if I can get the rest done later today. For now though here's what's happening...... Crawfish seasoned! ![]() Ain't they pretty? ![]() ![]() Added them to the onions, bell peppers, celery and garlic. ![]() Just simmering now! ![]() |
