No minute rice.... We go old school.

And it wasn't a cook off.

I am a member of the Sulphur Masonic Lodge #424.

We do an annual jambalaya fundraiser for charity. Normally the Shriners Children Hospital Transportation fund gets a chunk of the money, then other local charities in the area as the members decide. So it all goes to good use.

We cooked 80 gallons of jambalaya today.

If anyone ever needs someone to cook for your event, anniversary, wedding, birthday, graduation, retirement party, etc...... Get in touch with me.

We will cook anything but boiled crawfish. From jambalaya, brisket, fried turkey's, mashed potato's, peas, and dessert. And whatever we make off your event goes to charity, so it's a win, win....
