A couple of weeks ago I cooked a complete meal out on the grill.
Aussie....some Lamb Three Ways Pineapple and Rum Marinated, Sweet & Spicy Peachy Marinated and BBQ'd Figgy Lamb with Grill Baked Sunchokes, Grill Baked Parsnip Fries(w/horseraddish mayo sauce), Fresh Grilled Carrots, and a Rice Pilaf
