Default trout fried rice

A family favorite around here. The griddle is key for making a big batch.
1. cook 2 1/2 cups of rice

2. Marinate the filets in garlic teriyaki and some 5 spice powder.
3. Chop half a head of savoy cabbage, some carrots, onions, garlic, peppers, squash zucchini, garlic, and anything else you like
4. scramble 4 eggs
Start with some oil on the griddle, and brown the rice, scoop off and set aside. next, pour the eggs on and cook then set em aside. Then add some more oil to the griddle and cook the carrots, then add the rest of your veggies. once they get almost ready, add the garlic to the mix and cook for a few more minutes. then drop the fish and cook it through. throw the rice back on the griddle with the fish and veggies and mix it all up. Dress it with teriyaki, ginger soy sauce and hoisin....Good Stuff
