Default Quick afternoon trip 1-20-15
Made a quick afternoon trip in a canal off the mermentau ended up with 3 bass before the mesquitos ran me off around 5 they were horrible. Caught in about 3ft of water should be on in the next month or so.

Water is starting to clear still a little on the dirty side this rain will probably mess it up again.

if you don't mind me asking, what canals do you fish outside of Laccassine that produce? I fish the marsh hard but hate traffic earlier in the year and wouldn't mind trying something different besides river early
