Just finished stripping 5 bunch collard greens . fried up 1/2 lb bacon and poured grease over greens . Tossed in the chopped bacon and a meaty smoked ham bone from Thanksgiving.Bake a big pan of cornbread and slice up some smoked turkey. meal fit for a king
