What do we use SALTY CASH for?

I was wondering when do you use the salty Cajun cash? i'm a bit confused on whats its for I've heard some ppl say we can use it in auctions but what auctions???? I've never seen any auctions where we can use out salty Cajun cash yet? Or is there another use for this feature?
