heat 1/2 cup of vegetable oil in large skillet and fry 1 and 1/2lbs of shrimp with cut up large onion and 2 lbs of cut up cucumbers i also had some fresh jalapenos that i cut up and put in it. Cook till done then added tablespoon of kitchen bouquet and 1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs and cook for about 5 minutes then season to taste. It was quick and easy.
