i say the same thing as dink.. one day i'm going to have me one!!
i'd LOVE to get me one.. but i just purchased a new living space and i'm broke.. not broke but rather not spend 100 on a rod when i don't need one... now if i needed one it might be a different story but i'd need it fast.. So if you want to build a 7ft medium/medium light action spinning with a spec and a 12 in measuring thing and put it off to the side you can, but i can't promise nothing.. so i'd wait until i convince my g/f to buy me a nice rod for christmas maybe lol

that viper is "for sale" to the highest bidder it would sell for $250 but i will talk $175 so any one want to bid or chat it has an incredidble tip.
i knew the silver would look good just had to get one built for all to see. stix

no not yet.
i have one coming up to build the reason i built this one was because i had some free time due to shipping issues that put me behind a day and a half so i said i will take the time to build it so they can see that the silver will look as good as i said it would, but now i have to get back to customer service which includes yourself. if i dont find some one here that wants the silver then i am going to offer it to the texas guys and i know as soon as i post up the viper i will get covered so far you cajuns are the only ones that have been offered the viper. i am looking to get the viper blank plain without the silver or blue if this is possible and it is as nice as the viper in action then i can build it for less than #200 most likley $190 and possibly run a special now and again just thinking out loud, so dont hold me to it but i am going to try. but someone needs to dig out the credit card and go to pay pal and pick up this silver before it's gone because you snooze you loose. stix

no sweat
there will be others and i will offer other deals from time to time, the thing that you all need to remember is that the viper is not the only rod that i build , my normal custom rods are also very nice and very well fishable it's just these new vipers are a little different and they are going to have to go to regular price soon because i cant keep them at low prices and stay in the rod building bidness right now i mostly am just trying to get a few of my rods out there so that i have some work that people can see and feel and get good people like yourself on board to help me establish a name, the billystix custom spiral rod will do it's own selling all i need do is keep my name clean and get a good rep. stix

yes its a casting rod, it's a billystix spiral wrapped design
7ft-med-#8-$15-lure wt-1/4-5/8-fast act--tip #4 ---blank wt .2oz--butt dia-0.545 it has a nice tip , the tip works well in the upper 1,3 of the rod the rest is business. stix
