Something on here today made me think about cooking some Redfish I had in the freeza.
While digging around, I found a few packs of peeled Shrimp in there too.
So, I decided to cook a good old Refish Court Boullion with some Shrimp thrown in for good taste.
I also had some uncooked Speck fillets in the fridge from a fish fry yesterday. Didn't want them to go to waste.
Broiled the Redfish and Shrimp in Lemon, Butter and Tony's.
Cooked up the sauce and rice while waiting on the fish/shrimp to broil.
Dropped in the sauce and talk about good.
