this is what im talking about with the casey anthony trial. just because the state couldnt pin something...the FEDS got there schatts together...
its not double jeopardy because state and fed are two separate entities http://www.nola.com/crime/index.ssf/...ling_four.html so why ain't the feds jumping on casey anthony? |

Because the feds will want more evidence than the cicumstantial stuff the state had.
They will have damming evidence or they womt indict |

b.s. this guy did a federal offense along with the murders, casey anthony didn't do a federal crime. unless they get creative! But really, do you want the federal government getting in everything and violating people's rights.
