Default Magic spray

Tonight hooking up the boat trailer I noticed my wire harness for the lights was not working right, I have to move the two pieces in and out to a certain spot for the lights to work. I am guessing its because they have oxidized or some corrosion has gotten to them. is there some kind of dip or spray (that's works) to clean down inside those harnesses. Thanks

Electra-clean is good but any contact cleaner will work, also no-ox or some kind of antioxidizing grease is good to coat your terminals with, any electrical supply house will have all of this

Corrosion X will not clean off the oxidation like Elecrtra Clean.
Corrosion X will prevent any new corrosion.
Cut off bad connector, re-crimp with a heat shrink type butt splice and seal.
Then cover the sealed ends with liquid electric tape. Sealed for good.
If the connector is not sealed, then use Corrosion X. It will have to be cleaned
and resprayed a couple times a year.
