I will set up the trip if you guys that want to go let me know whats up...
PM me what you can afford to spend on a house and stuff i think we are planning on leaving aug 18th or 19th so Ray can go whichever works better for him and staying till the 22nd or 23rd. The trip will be to the flamingo beach/ tamarindo area (north pacific) cause thats where the fishing is hot in august unless you guys know something better

Bruce, I went to pattaya when I was in the Marines. If you go there, we would never hear from you again. That place is adult Disneyland.

Sounds funny but, if you guys are going to entertain the nightlife, take some salsa dance lessons before you go. It's huge in Latin culture! The women love it when a foreigner can dance their dance! BTW, it's a very erotic/passionate dance!

We had 4 people on a boat, the trip was $1000 for an all day trip. It all depends on the size of the boat. This includes bait, snacks, drinks and lunch.
1 captain and 2 deckhands. We didn't touch a fish except to take a picture with it.

There is a company called Costa Rica Dreams that has several boats that fish out of Los Suenos. They have condos and hotels they can book with the trip for less than the LAS trip. Or you can get your own place to stay and just get the boat. It is in Central Costa Rica.

The LAS trip don't look bad, but they are not telling you what kind of boat you are fishing on. They might have us in a kayak or a panga with a 40 hp on the back.
