Playing catch up...
Here's just a little peak at what I've been up to lately, in the rare moments that I'm not at work...
I bought a new smoker while I was home over Thanksgiving. We did 3 pork loins, 10# of leg quarters, a brisket, a ham, 5# of chicken wings, 3 racks of ribs and, some sausage and, didn't begin to fill it up!
