Family Day!

[SIZE=3]Family day on the DU for Dr. Jorge Bravo and his grandchildren. The crew arrived early and were charged up and ready to catch anything with fins. Very little to no experience on the boat as it was just about everyones first fishing trip of any kind. The kids were great and they loved being on the water. We elected not to go in the gulf due to the thunderstorm activity and didn’t want anyone getting seasick. We bottomfished all morning with the crew wanting to stay close in. We checked out a few spots for redfish but the weather didn’t allow us to fish where I wanted. We ended up back in the pass and had a blackdrum derby and the kids ate it up big time. We would find no big reds in the pass on this day! Everyone had a great time for their first adventure to the DU! Good luck fishing.[/SIZE]
