Big Girls in Dularge 11-4-13

Kevin Sellars, and Dr James Domingue joined me on the big Bluewave. Kevin has been trying to fish with me for almost three years, but our schedules have never coincided. Finally got him onboard and he caught the biggest trout of his life today!!! The big girls are showing up and are hungry!! With the brutal 25-30mph winds all day, we had to fish protected areas over 2-3 ft reefs. We switched to single rigged Matrix Shad over the reefs to avoid all the snags from throwing double rigs. Pink Champagne remains on fire as the trout just cannot resist them, Green Hornet also held its own. The trout wanted the baits dead slow almost just sitting in the water. We had to work harder today than the past few days, but we put a quality box together. Thanks again guys, it was a pleasure finally getting to fish with you.
