Agree, 100%. You can make this **** too complicated way too fast. This ain't the Red Fish Cup or Bass Masters, more like Azz Masters with Speckdaddy running around
Why not make it 5 fish per boat - easy peasy. Per boat limit would allow someone to squeeze in more people for those who don't have a ride. If you want to feel good about letting them go, then so be it. Would prefer plastics only but that's just me.
Shouldn't get all uptight about this - just a good way for everyone to get together and get out on the water.
