they could have fished live bait if they wanted just like the live bait fishermen could have thrown plastics.
same difference.
some are scared to fish against the waders ,Some are scared to fish against live bait. If ya scared, Say ya scared . Don't go makin rules that arent for everybodys benifit.
If ya want to limit it to 5 fish stringer or 2 fish stringer then that hampers no one. But to limit how people fish just because you don't like to compete against it is not fair to all.

Wade fishing and boat fishing with artificial take atleast some Skill.
